Ok baldi's basics plus there's a secret called NINENINE secret. But it's removed from the game since next update. Idk if its removed . Ok skip it
It's may not 100% accurate but you still able to play it.

Don't forget to change the date first to September 9, 2024
I haven't tried this secret on BB+ 0.7 because I don't have a computer. So there's may not accurate

How do i change the date
Are you in mobile or pc?

you can go to setting. Search Date & time
Now what
If it is set to September 9, 2024, open the program and wait for 99 seconds on the title screen, don't do anything even just clicking (recommend setting it first so that your phone screen doesn't turn off while un titles screen).
You just have to turn off the automatic date and time toggle. Then change the date
